PROJECT OVERVIEW:
The local EMAAR PROPERTIES PJSC recently concluded an agreement with the government of Umm Al Quwain in order to undertake a large-scale real estate development project in the emirate. The vast master planned waterfront community will reportedly offer more than 9,000 homes. The Marina, which is expected to transform the emirate and property market, is planned to cover more than 1,488 acres and is scheduled for completion within 7 years.
The project is located on the shore of Khor Al Beidah, a vast wildlife area. The basin of the Khor is said to contain one of the most extensive tidal sand bank areas and mature mangrove forests in the Gulf region.
