Now in its 12th year, the Annual Meat Conference (AMC) has become a premier event for the industry as close to 1,000 top-level executives will descend upon Orlando's Caribe Royale Resort to examine pressing trends within the industry, from ethnic marketing to flavor innovation, from nutrition and labeling policy issues to crisis management training.

Unlike other conventions, where the educational program takes a backseat to an innovation or equipment exposition, education is the focus of the AMC. All three days of the conference features thorough and diverse education topics.
