Integral Design Purchased by Xilinx.(Company Business and Marketing)(Brief Article)

Xilinx has acquired Integral Design, a design services firm headquartered in Dublin, Ireland. Terms of the acquisition made through the Xilinx Ireland subsidiary were not disclosed. All Integral employees have accepted positions within the Xilinx Ireland professional design services organization.

This acquisition enhances Xilinx professional design service capabilities in the communications and multimedia market segments. Xilinx will also continue to expand the Xilinx XPERT[TM] partner program; currently there are over seventy partner companies in the worldwide XPERT program.

Integral Design currently serves clients in the U.S., Germany, Netherlands and Japan, and by acquiring Integral Design Xilinx will have access to these worldwide markets....
