Two drummers beating to the beat of the same drum-only in this case, one drum is in a rock band, and the other is part of the Boston Symphony Orchestra. They are as similar as chocolate and vanilla. I am referring to the two most commonly used Internet browsers--Internet Explorer and Netscape.
So, you ask, why Internet Explorer and Netscape? Isn't one browser enough? That is a question that continues to haunt Web developers across the World Wide Web. In fact, browser display compatibility issues are one of the biggest causes of Web developer/designer frustration. Both browsers were designed in the early 1990s to allow for a more graphical Web-surfing experience.
