Reston, Va.- E-commerce spending for the 2007 holiday season reached a record $29.2 billion, up 19% from a year earlier, according to comScore.
Helping to drive the increase was a 67% increase in furniture, appliances and equipment, the second-largest growth rate among the top 10 retail categories. The category was not broken down further among furniture, appliances and equipment.
