FKI LOGISTEX introduces a high-speed robotic palletizing system that uses multiple Motoman robotic arms to achieve palletizing rates the company says are significantly higher than those reached by typical robotic palletizers.

First shown at the Fall PackExpo, the cell enables cases to be oriented four ways, which is said to be ideal for companies moving toward smaller packages and full pallet displays for big-box and club store customers. By offering complete control of package label positioning, FKI says graphics can easily be shown on all sides of a pallet, and barcodes can be oriented to streamline scanning operations.
