Pennsylvania merger reenforces firm's dominant position

Reading, Pa.-based Beard Miller Company is getting the hang of this merger thing, specially when it fits the firm's strategic plan. It took about 18 months of discussions before Beard & Company and York-based Miller & Co. combined to create Beard Miller Company. Just over a year later, BM has merged in Dowart Andrew Company, Lancaster.
