THE VOLUME Six Sigma Quality Improvement with Minitab by Robin Henderson is a nice introductory exposition of some of the main statistical methods and concepts that are part of the Six Sigma toolbox. The author does a great job at presenting the concepts using suitable practical examples, and he makes sure that the reader's understanding is further cemented by showing, for most cases, the steps one would take in applying the concepts with the aid of the widely used Minitab software.
