ABERDEEN has been voted IFAs favourite corporate bond fund manager in a survey by PR firm Gavin Anderson.

The 35th Investment Funds Survey is based on 200 intermediaries and awarded Aberdeen 18 per cent of the unit trust intermediaries votes for leading corporate bond fund manager ahead of M&G (14 per cent) and Threadneedle (5 per cent).

Gary Marshall, managing director at Aberdeen, said: "As more bond funds are launched, there is no substitute for having a strong, well-resourced team."

Aberdeen invests primarily in sterling denominated investment grade corporate bonds.
