Investment manager F&C Management has appointed Anthony Broccardo as chief investment officer, replacing Dr Arnab Banerji. Mr Broccardo joins F&C from Invesco, where he was institutional chief investment officer. Robert Jenkins, chief executive of F&C said: "Anthonys leadership will play an important role in strengthening our position as one of Europes leading asset managers." Dr Banerji, formerly F&Cs chairman of group investment policy and strategy and research, has been appointed as a special adviser to the prime minister on City, health and international development policy.
