Aon looks to IFAs to distribute products.(Independent Financial Adviser)

IFA networks are being targeted as potential distribution channels for Aon's retail proposition for the UK.

Aon Asset Management, the investment arm of Aon Consulting, is looking to open its six-strong institutional manager of manager range to retail investors.

It intends to liaise with large IFA networks such as Sesame and Bankhall to discuss which distribution method would be the most appropriate for marketing.

The funds, which were launched last year, are Dublin-based open-ended funds regulated by the FSA, but until now have only been available to institutional funds with at least oto invest.
