FIDELITY FundsNetwork and software supplier 1st have launched a series of workshops to address practice-management issues faced by IFAs.
The 45-minute sessions, starting in Belfast on 8 October, have been designed to examine how to harness technology to improve client service and business productivity.
They will also look at how advisers can prepare for the new menu system, a government initiative to be introduced in January 2005 whereby IFAs will have to break down the costs of providing advice, whether it be on a fee or commission basis.
