LEEDS & Holbeck Building Society will have a new head of lending, Yvonne Langley-Brook.
Ms Langley-Brook will be responsible for maintaining and improving customer service standards as well as for the effective and efficient processing of new mortgage applications to the society.
This will involve responsibility for all mortgage applications from branches, intermediaries, the society's call centre and the internet, from mortgage application to issuing the funds to customers.
Ms Langley-Brook joined Leeds & Holbeck from Lloyds in 1993.
