EIGHT senior and middle management employees of HBoS are to jump ship and join Oakwood.
It follows the departure of Michael Bolton and four other HBoS executives in October to the London-based private equity firm.
Among those leaving will be Chris Preston, head of operational credit and Colin Barrett, senior product manager for HBoS Specialist Lending.
They will be joined by Sue Clarke, head of marketing for BM Solutions; Elaine Forth, senior marketing communications manager; Laura Calcroft, events manager; Simon Lee, head of underwriting; Dianne Malsbury, head of quality control and Andrew Brown, operations leader.
Ray Boulger, senior technical manager for Charcol, said that he did not think it indicated a crisis or inherent problem...
