ACCORD MORTGAGES
Type: Three-year stepped-tracker credit repair mortgage.
Details: First year at Bank of Englang Base Rate plus 0.25 of a percentage point, currently 4.75 per cent. Year two is base rate plus 0.75 of a percentage point and year three is base rate plus 1.25 percentage points, reverting to standard variable rate plus 0.25 of a percentage point, which would be 6.75 per cent with a AGBP995 arrangement fee. Loan-to-value ratio is 95 per cent for loans between AGBP30,000 and AGBP300,000, reducing to 85 per cent up to AGBP500,000 and reducing again. If payments have been made on time at the end of the three-year period, Accord will allow customers access to their prime range.
