Alexander Forbes Financial Services is aiming to enhance its business consultancy package with the launch of an online employee benefits system.

The system, known as Xtrapay, allows employees to set up, manage and adjust their employment benefits, such as pensions and insurances.

The facility has been designed to allow smaller businesses to tailor their benefits to suit individual employees needs, so younger employees with fewer family commitments could opt out of a life assurance.

Adjustments to individual members of staff's packages are undertaken by the employee during periodic benefit selection windows, which Alexander Forbes Financial Services claimed should greatly reduce administration for the business....
