Online financial services packager E-loan has launched a commercial mortgage proposition for financial advisers.
The new business, called Activate, offers intermediaries expertise in providing commercial mortgage facilities.
It will form part of the Vantage Group.
Paul Kaye, director of Activate Commercial Finance, said that it would allow intermediaries to easily tap into the commercial mortgage market.
He claimed that the commercial mortgage market was the fastest growing sector in financial services and currently worth AGBP600bn a year.
