Byline: What better time of the year to consider conversion rates and lead generation than the quiet period
With the Christmas quiet period approaching fast, along with a general downturn in the mortgage market due to recent events such as the credit crunch, the last few weeks have given me time to reflect on what business should look like in 2008.
Without a doubt there will be challenging decisions to make and with that opportunities will present themselves that have to be explored. My thinking is as follows. I, like many mortgage brokers, am ambitious for my company and like any other who has the goal of doubling mortgage business next year I have some challenges ahead.
