One of the much-admired financial institutions in the UK and one which flies the flag for mutuality is Nationwide.
But we cannot help wondering why it appears that it takes five days for cash or cheque payments in to the Nationwide Visa franchise to reach the account.
We are sure this is an organisational oversight which will soon be resolved.
