Type: Fixed rate and tracker.
Description: RBS has issued two two-year fixed rate mortgages and a two-year tracker. The two-year fixed rate starts on 6.19 per cent with a maximum loan-to-value of 75 per cent, until 30 June 2010. Increasing the maximum LTV to 90 per cent, the two-year fixed rate available is 6.39 per cent. The introductory rate of the two-year tracker is 1.54 percentage points above the Bank of England base rate, presently 6.54 per cent.
The minimum loan amount for all of these products is GBP25,000 and the arrangement fee is GBP999. After the initial period, the rate reverts to Standard Variable, presently 7.19 per cent.
