.... Poultry processor Tyson Foods Inc. and six employees have been indicted for conspiracy to smuggle illegal immigrants into the U.S. to work at 15 of its plants, according to the U.S. Justice Department. The 36-count indictment, unsealed in federal court in Tennessee, stemmed from a two-and-one half year undercover investigation by the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) into Tyson's business practices, the department said.

In a sharp response Tyson said prosecutor's claim of a corporate conspiracy is "completely false," and insisted that "specific charges are limited to a few managers who were acting outside of company policy.
