PESTICIDE PETITION: EPA received a pesticide petition from Newark, DE-based E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company (DuPont) proposing to establish a tolerance for combined residues of indoxacarb in or on the raw agricultural commodities as follows: alfalfa forage at 12 parts per million (ppm), alfalfa hay at 50 ppm, peanut at 0.01 ppm, peanut hay at 40 ppm, potato at 0.02 ppm, soybean aspirated grain fractions at 70 ppm, soybean hulls at 6.5 ppm, head lettuce at 5 ppm, meat (of cattle, goats, hogs, horses and sheep) at 0.05 ppm, fat (of cattle, goats, hogs, horses and sheep) at 1.5 ppm, meat by-products (of cattle, goats, hogs, horses and sheep) at 0.03 ppm and milk at 0.15 ppm.
