The Foresight Partners LLC strategic alliance of All Kitchens of America, Boise, ID, and Federated Foodservice, Arlington Heights, IL, formed in 1998, will dissolve as of Sept. 1, the groups have announced. Federated Foodservice will operate once again as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Federated Group, Inc., while All Kitchens is finalizing "other strategic actions and alliances," to be made public shortly.
The Foresight press release states that "recent changes in the objectives of the ownership and management of All Kitchens of America and Federated Foodservice has changed the complexion, as well as, the mission of the company," reported Idmagonline.com (Aug. 27).
