Performance Food Group acquires All Kitchens, forms new group unit.(Brief Article)

Performance Food Group (PFG), Richmond, VA has, acquired the assets of All Kitchens of America, which was part of the now defunct Foresight Partners alliance with Federated Foodservice, noted ID (Sept. 30). All Kitchens will operate independently in a new $22-billion group unit of PFG, which will also include Pocahontas Foods USA, Richmond, VA; Afflink Business Solutions, Tuscaloosa, AL and Bakery Distributors of America, Richmond, VA. All Kitchens will retain its Boise, ID headquarters and identity, with its own sales and marketing teams.
