MEETING OF DIETARY GUIDELINES COMMITTEE: The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and USDA said the second meeting of the 2005 Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee will be held on Jan. 28 and 29, 2004. The agencies invite requests for oral testimony, to be presented in the afternoon of the first day, which must be received by Jan.
