Concepts such as LEAN & GREEN, ORGANIC TO GO, LETTUS ORGANIC CAFE and O'NATURALS are making it easier for organic fans to eat on the run, and do so affordably. For instance, consumers can conveniently pick up an organic salad, a vegan chocolate chip cookie and spinach, beet and carrot smoothie at a Lean & Green organic cafe in La Jolla; organic fire-roasted tomato soup at an Organic To Go in San Diego, and organic flatbread stuffed with organic hummus at O'Naturals in Maine or Massachusetts.
