YARRAMAN WINERY, INC. ended merger discussions with DRINKS AMERICA HOLDINGS, INC. and the letter of intent to combine the two companies was terminated. "After careful consideration, the Board of Directors has determined that it is in the company's best interest to focus on the completion of the acquisition of ASIA DISTRIBUTION SOLUTIONS LTD.
