San Antonio home show features `Fiberglas' ductwork
SAN ANTONIO, Texas - "Building for the Future" was the theme of the Greater San Antonio Builders Association's 33rd Annual "Parade of Homes," an event which annually showcases the latest in technology and luxury offered by area home builders.
This year's show, visited by 24,000 people, included 16 deluxe custom-built homes, each constructed by a different San Antonio home builder in The Woods of Deerfield, a prime upscale location in the north central part of the city.
In 12 of the deluxe residences "on parade," the innovations included energy-efficient heating and cooling comfort and an Owens-Corning "Fiberglas" duct system.
