Triangle Refrigeration Co has grown from a one-man service operation under principal Cleo W. Weaver to a 100-employee operation that encompasses a market extending to a 200-mile radius around the company's service facility in Lancaster, PA. Triangle deals primarily with supermarkets, providing installation, service and product distribution. The company uses AutoCAD software to help clients - mostly independents - design floor plans for refrigerating equipment.
Twenty-three years ago, Cleo W. Weaver knew his one-man, one-truck operation had to grow, but he never envisioned just how much.
Like many contractors in their early days, Weaver began C.W. Weaver Refrigeration out of a garage. He began servicing refrigeration and hvac systems in Lancaster, Pa.
