Delaware ABC chapter establishes TQM program. (Associated Builders and Contractors, total quality management)

The Delaware Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors worked with Anthony Costonis, a consultant with Corporate Development Services Inc of Lynnfield, MA, to create a total quality management (TQM) certification program. Large corporations in the area, such as Du Pont, are beginning to only do business with contractors who have TQM programs. Goals for the Delaware program include increased awareness of TQM and its tools and techniques, the design and installation of a TQM program in companies and communication networks among companies.
