York International Corp's Dealer Development Program offers heating, ventilating and air conditioning (hvac) contractors important business skills such as marketing, finance and employee relations. Such training is not usually available for most hvac contractors, and when it is the training may be more difficult to apply to the problems facing these contractors. Hvac contractors have generally been impressed with York's training program.
