Honeywell emphasizes building control, energy efficiency.

Honeywell introduced its new Economizer, the industry's first all-in-one economizer that included demand-controlled ventilation for indoor air quality, plus other products at the International Air-Conditioning, Heating, Refrigerating Exposition, in San Francisco, CA, during Jan 1998. The heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment manufacturer also expanded its SmartValve system combination gas control line of products.

AT THE SHOW-- Honeywell Inc. displayed many products at its large booth ranging from the simplest, non-programmable home thermostats to building control systems for office buildings. Following are descriptions of some of the products for commercial and industrial applications.
