GI partners acquires The Linc Group.

HOUSTON -- In a management-led buyout, GI Partners has acquired The Line Group, a provider of facility management services. The Line Group entities, most recently known as Service Co, were formerly owned by Enron Energy Services. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed but were approved by the Enron bankruptcy court last month.
