IBM has released a free Software Evaluation Kit containing a suite of its middleware products to enable developers to preview the software and build new Linux applications.
The kit is supposed to let developers create static and dynamic web pages and web services, manage information and establish groupware and collaborative team environments.
Developers will be able to use it to create applications on Linux or Windows and deploy them on a Linux server.
