Social network Imeem and Canadian record label Nettwerk Music Group are partnering working together in order to promote initiatives that let Imeem users discover new music through Nettwerk. Imeem's ad-supported music streaming service will now include offerings from Nettwerk Music Group artists like Avril Lavigne, Barenaked Ladies and Sarah McLachlan. Imeem's network lets users listen to tracks, discover users with similar music preferences and create personalized playlists and slideshows to share.
