Adobe's June release of the latest versions of its Acrobat and Reader software, featuring an option that links users directly to FedEx Kinko's Print Online service, has stirred some controversy.
The free Adobe Reader offers a "Send to FedEx Kinko's" option in the file menu as well as a button on the main toolbar showing the Kinko's icon. Acrobat 8.1, which distills PDF files, also features the FedEx Kinko's print option.
