The global semiconductor market saw revenue growth of only 3.3% in 2007, according to final data released from iSuppli Corp http://www.isuppli.com today.
The market research company put blame squarely on the memory market, reporting that worldwide DRAM revenue fell by 19.1% and NAND flash revenue declined by 3.9% quarter-over-quarter for Q4.
