Arrow Truck Sales Names Heikel CEO

Pre-owned truck dealer Arrow Truck Sales, Kansas City, Mo., said it had named Carl Heikel chief executive officer, effective Aug. 1.
The company said Heikel would succeed Ed justis, who was leaving to pursue other interests.
Arrow, a unit of Volvo Group of Gothenberg, Sweden, said it operates 19 locations in the United States and Canada, maintaining an inventory of 2,000 medium- and heavy-duty trucks.
Arrow said Heikel had been managing director of Volvo Trucks de Mexico since May 2000. Before that, he spent three years as vice president in charge of used-truck activity for Volvo Truck Corp.'s European division, Arrow said.
