Freightliner Promotes Conlan to Senior VP

Freightliner LLC, Portland, Ore., said it named Jack Conlan senior vice president of customer support.
Freightliner is a heavy-duty truck manufacturer in North America and produces and markets Class 3-8 vehicles under the Freightliner, Sterling, Western Star, American LaFrance and Thomas Built Buses nameplates.
Conlan had been president of the company's Freightliner Custom Chassis business unit since 1998, the company said.
In his new role, Conlan would lead the company's efforts to provide customer support for its brands and products, Freightliner said.
The truck maker also said Conlan would serve as a member of the Freightliner LLC Executive Committee and would represent Freightliner Custom Chassis on that committee.
