Crowley Maritime Corp. Logistics Unit Moves to Larger Jacksonville Facility

Transportation and logistics firm Crowley Maritime Corp. said Nov. 13 it moved its Jacksonville, Fla., distribution facility into a larger space at a business park.
The new facility is located at Jacksonville's International Tradeport, a business park near the city's airport, the company said in a statement. In addition, the new office is near terminals operated by the Jacksonville Port Authority.
The new location gives Crowley's logistics unit more than 34,000 square feet of warehouse space, a 33% increase from the previous location. The unit has had a Jacksonville location for more than five years and relocated three times to meet rising demand.
