Joseph DeLuca has joined the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals as marketing director. DeLuca previously was director of product marketing at Con-way Inc. In his new role, he will oversee all global marketing and communications strategies, branding, collaborative membership initiatives and public relations.
John Horsley, executive director of the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials, received the P.D. McLean Award at the 2008 "Road Gang" annual meeting. McLean was one of the associations founders. Horsley has served as AASHTO's executive director since 1997.
