Aug. 30--MUMBAI, India -- Exact details of the shareholding in ICICI OneSource by its main shareholders -- ICICI Bank, ICICI Venture Funds, Temasek and Westbridge Capital is not available. There are also small stakes held by the promoters of companies which ICICI OneSource had acquired.

ICICI OneSource officials told ET that they will continue an acquisition-led growth strategy and are seeking additional funds before the end of this fiscal.

ICICI OneSource has acquired RevIT, Accounting Solution Group, Pipal Research and Customer Asset in the last three years.
