Integreo acquires Siemens Med unit.

Aug. 30--HYDERABAD, India -- Following an organic growth strategy in the healthcare BPO space, entrepreneur Satish Sanan-promoted US-based Integreo has announced the acquisition of the revenue cycle managed services of Siemens Medical Solutions for an undisclosed sum. Integreo, formerly STI Knowledge, is headquartered in the US, has an offshore centre in Hyderabad following its acquisition of Symphony Data.
Integreo is a BPO company that provides technology-enabled BPO services and solutions to healthcare players and providers, the insurance and corporate sector as well as government and public health agencies. With the Siemens RCMS deal, Integreo is expected to transfer bulk of the operational work to the India centre.
