Essar Shipping buys oil carrier.

Mar. 15--Essar Shipping Ltd has acquired crude oil carrier built in 2005 at Hitachi Heavy Industries, Japan., the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange on Tuesday.
Upon this acquisition the Company will have the largest fleet of modern double hull double bottom VLCC fleet in the private sector in India.
The share of the company was trading .17 percent down at Rs 28.60 in a flat Mumbai market.
