Google accused of child porn.

May 10--At a time when the search giant has already got his hands full dealing with fight-backs launched by rivals Microsoft and Yahoo, here comes a law suit accusing the company of profiting from child porn.
Jeffrey Toback, a Democratic representative in New York's Nassau County Legislature, has filed a suit in New York Supreme Court complaining that the company has been taking in billions of dollars by allowing child pornography and "other obscene content" operators to advertise their sites through sponsored links, which are tailored to a user's search terms and automatically accompany search results.
Google has made child pornography an "obscenely profitable and integral part" of its business and must be stopped, the lawsuit claims.
