HelloSoft licenses VoIP technology to BenQ.

Feb. 14--HYDERABAD, India -- HelloSoft, a provider of VoIP technologies for mobile devices, has licensed its technology to BenQ for its dual-mode handsets.
The technology, HelloDual-Mode, will help enable mobile device manufacturers to design and build power-efficient products. It will also bring down costs, according to a company release.
