Zensar buys Thoughtdigital.

Feb. 25--MUMBAI, India -- Zensar Technologies has acquired the US-based Thoughtdigital, a firm focused on Oracle applications, for $ 24.9 million. The acquisition puts Zensar in a position to become one of the top 10 organisations for Oracle implementation globally, RPG group chairman Harsh Goenka said.
It will be funded through a mix of debt and internal accruals, with 60 percent coming from borrowings. The all-cash deal is structured with earnouts to be paid over two years.
