Zensar in JV to take over Tokyo software company business.

Apr. 5--NEW DELHI -- Close on the heels of acquisition of ThoughtDigital, Pune-based IT services firm Zensar Technologies is planning a joint venture that would take over the entire business of Tokyo-headquartered software firm EZA. Under the proposal, EZA will transfer its business, alliances and employees into a new joint venture Zensar Advanced Technologies, where Zensar will hold 60 percent stake and EZA will get 40 percent equity.
