Google goes back to Court over Vista.

Jul. 5--Google is not willing to drop its battle with Microsoft to keep Windows Vista's desktop search subject to federal scrutiny.
In a new court filing, the search company maintains that its position should be considered directly by the judge in Microsoft's US antitrust case. Google on Monday asked the judge overseeing the Microsoft antitrust case to allow the company to participate in the case as a "friend of the court."
Judge Colleen Kollar Kotelly suggested last week that Google instead continue working through the Justice Department and other plaintiffs in the case.
