The Board of United Business Media plc ("UBM") announces that it has appointed 
its financial advisers, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and Allen & Company LLC, 
to conduct a strategic review of NOP World. 
 
The strategic review will examine a number of alternatives to maximise the 
value of NOP World for UBM shareholders including developing NOP World further, 
expanding NOP World through strategic alliances or a sale.
